Project Description

The development and construction of a 97 bed Residential Aged Care Facility and 11 Independent Living Units spanning over 3 residential levels above a single level basement.  The project also includes a cafe, hair and beauty salon, multi-purpose room, administration offices, and a dementia specific household and landscaped courtyard.  In addition, a lower level providing all back-of-house services required for the independent support of the facility is provided.

 

Key Tasks

Feasibility analysis, consultant appointments and management, design and documentation coordination management, authority approvals with Council, Sydney Water and Ausgrid.

 

Current Status

Construction commenced January 2022

Completion due September 2023
