Project Description

The project comprises of the refurbishment to the existing heritage Keighery Hotel (pub), and the construction of a new 15 storey (96 apartment) residential development on the existing car park site, with commercial/retail spaces at ground level, constructed over a multi-levelled basement car park.

 

Key Tasks

Feasibility analysis, consultant appointments and management, design and documentation coordination management, authority approvals with Council, Sydney Water and Endeavour Energy.
