Project Description

Stage 1 (21 beds) of construction refurbishment works to a 296 bed Residential Aged Care Facility, including resident bedrooms and ensuites, lounge and dining room, activities and breakout room, administration office, front-of-house residents’ kitchen, satellite back-of-house servery, clean and dirty utility rooms, and external landscaping works.

Key Tasks

Project Manager for the design and documentation coordination management, authority approvals, tender and contract award, superintendent for the construction delivery and administration of the first stage of refurbishment works.
