Project Description

The development and construction of a 100 bed Residential Aged Care Facility spanning over 3 residential levels with a variety of bedroom and ensuite types to suit the demographic needs.  The project also includes a cafe, hair and beauty salon, chapel, family and visitor suites, administration offices, and a dementia specific household and landscaped courtyard.  In addition, a lower level providing all back-of-house services required for the independent support of the facility is provided.

Key Tasks

Project Manager for the design and documentation coordination management, authority approvals with Council, Sydney Water and Endeavour Energy, tender and contract award, and superintendent for the construction delivery and administration.
