Project Description

The project comprises of a 45 (approximately 1,000m2 lots) residential lot land subdivision, with the first stage of 16 lots completed.  The works include all civil works consisting of all infrastructure services, roads, footpaths, new substation, and landscaping works.

 

Key Tasks

Consultant appointments and  management, design and  documentation coordination management, authority approvals, tender and contract award, superintendent for the construction delivery and administration.
