Project Description

The project comprises of the demolition of the existing residential aged care facility to allow for the staged redevelopment of a new 198 bed residential aged care facility including all associated landscape and civil works.

Key Tasks

Development Manager for the feasibility analysis, consultant appointments and management, design and documentation coordination management, and authority approvals.

Current Status

Appointment to DA lodgement only.  Internally resourced thereafter.
