Project Description

The development and construction comprised of 23 luxurious apartments and 3 retail tenancies over 6 levels, with a single level of basement parking located in the beachside suburb of Ramsgate Beach.

 

Key Tasks

Project Manager for the design and documentation coordination management, authority approvals, tender and contract award, superintendent for the construction delivery and administration, dealing with contaminated soil and water table issues.
