Project Description

The development and construction of 37 Independent Living Units (ILU) comprising of a mix of 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms with parking, including a new ILU Club Room, and various other extensions and modifications to the existing residential aged care facility.

Key Tasks

Project Manager for the design and documentation coordination management, authority approvals with Council and Endeavour Energy.

Current Status

Involved to DA lodgement whilst at another project management firm. Construction has now been completed.
