Project Description

The project comprises of the demolition of the existing residential aged care facility and retirement living units to allow for the redevelopment of a new 70 bed residential aged care facility and 35 retirement living units across both sites.

Key Tasks

Development Manager for the feasibility analysis, consultant appointments and management, design and documentation coordination management, and authority approvals.

Current Status

Concept design phase and acquisition of additional adjoining properties. Internally resourced thereafter.
