Project Description

Significant upgrades, modifications and refurbishments, including a replacement lift and a new lift, and internal modifications to an existing 56 bed residential aged care facility, 3 guest suites, and converting 4 x 2 bedroom ILUs into 9 x general bed wing, taking the facility to a 68 bed residential aged care facility.

Key Tasks

Project Manager for the feasibility analysis, consultant appointments and management, design and documentation coordination management, authority approvals, tender and contract award, and superintendent for the construction delivery and administration.
